Frequently asked questions

Answers on project prices, verification, donation records, Sadaqah Jariyah, and how we manage projects and reports.

Each answer reflects how Zulaal Waters currently operates. Reference prices are editable and checked before publishing.

Each project carries an editable reference price. Prices are checked against current project details before publishing, and may change, so confirm the figure on the project page before you donate.

Timelines depend on the site and project type. We share progress and post-installation reports on the Impact page once work has been verified in the field. We do not promise fixed completion dates.

Every completed donation receives a confirmation and reference ID. Keep it for your records. Post-installation reporting links projects back to verified locations and photos.

Water projects are offered as ongoing charity because they provide a continuing benefit to a community. Whether a gift meets your personal religious criteria is a matter for you to confirm with a scholar you trust.

Our team can answer questions about a specific project or donation.
